Shredded paper is not recyclable through the curbside collection program but can still be recycled through this event. Paper during this event is shredded into small pieces during the event and 100% of that paper will be recycled..

Shredded paper can also be composted. The following paper is safe for composting: bills, envelopes, junk mail (no glossy paper), memo paper, newspapers, notebook paper, personal letters, printer paper, receipts.
